Here’s how you can do it:
Goal: Add 20-40 meetings from each event or conference that you attend

Stage 1: Event Prep
Step 1: Prospecting
- Scrape list of companies from the landing page of the event
- Scrape speakers from the landing page of event
- Find if there’s a Linkedin event - use software to scrape
- Look through all posts of people who are attending the event - scrape all of those contacts and the companies decision makers from those contacts
- Go to networking App and scrape leads from there (Copy and paste method)
- If a client is attending an event and has access to the Networking App: Get on the website version → copy & paste all people on the app/attending conf. to a google sheet and scraping their emails.
Step 2: Filtration, Organization, & Finding Contact Data
- Make an excel/google sheet file with the name of the event on top
- Make a tab for each of the above prospecting avenues
- Filter out the companies that are in your target market
